How does the sizing work?
Every ASCENDRY piece is cut oversized, so it drapes roomier than your usual size. Want a closer fit? Go one size down. Want it extra relaxed? Go one size up. Our Size Guide has the full chest and length chart in inches and centimetres.
Which sizes do you offer?
Our Terry Oversized T-shirts come in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL.
What are the T-shirts made of?
Our T-shirts are made from premium oversized French terry cotton, soft and substantial with a refined hand feel that holds its shape.
How do I measure myself?
Lay a T-shirt you already love flat. For chest, measure straight across from underarm to underarm and double it. For length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the bottom hem. Then compare with the Size Guide.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. Our launch offer code is ANIME10 for 10% off on prepaid orders, paid online at checkout.
Where can I see shipping details?

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes. Within 7 days of delivery you can ask for a free size exchange or a refund. If the size you need is not in stock, we will refund you instead. Full details are on our Returns page.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. ASCENDRY pays the return shipping for every exchange and refund. Contact us with your order number and we will tell you how to send the item back.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are paid within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item, to your original payment method.
